Women’s Health Section Education Fund

At the November AGM, it was decided to allocate funds for continuing education, for the section members to access. After much discussion the committee agreed that the amount of $1000 or part of, per annum will be available to members.

Application for funds may be up to 6 months retrospective.

Applications must be in by the 1st July and can be sent to the Secretary of the Women’s Health Section.

The Women’s Health Section Committee will make the decision on the allocation of funds at the August committee meeting.

Biocare (Thin prep) Conference Award

BioCare (Thin Prep) have kindly offered to provide one award for the next two years to cover the cost of registration for a nurse to attend the NZNO Women's health Section Conference, commencing 2006. Biocare (Thin Prep) Conference Award Application Information (pdf)

The NZNO Women’s Health Section Conference Committee will notify the NZNO Women’s Health Section committee which abstracts have been accepted. A decision will be made by mid October.
