The NZ College of Primary Health Care Nurses NZNO was officially formed following the inaugural Annual General Meeting held in Auckland on the 25th of June 2010.

The College is a merger of three colleges and sections and is made up of members from the former District Nurses Section (NZNO), Public Health Nurses Section (NZNO) and NZ College of Practice Nurses (NZNO).

The College is governed by an executive committee supported by standing committees. The first meeting of the committees is scheduled to take place in late August after which further updates will be available.
