Membership Refund Policy
Our Membership Refund Policy (approved by the NZNO Board of Directors, June 2005) is as follows:
- It is a member’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate membership fees are paid to NZNO.
- NZNO will provide a refund of membership fees up to a maximum of 12 months at the discretion of Business Manager
- There will be no refund for members who do not cancel their membership in writing (e.g. who are going overseas etc)

Credit Cards
NZNO accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa.
All online credit card transactions are secured with SSL encryption and no credit card details are transmitted via e-mail to the NZNO office.
Payment is in NZD and all fees include GST
Privacy Act 1993
The information collected on this form is used by NZNO in its membership systems, and to establish your membership for the purposes of the 2000 Employment Relations Act.
Mailing list information is passed on to companies who distribute Kai Tiaki Nursing New Zealand, provide membership benefit packages and undertake research and development contracts specific to NZNO business, under agreements which ensure it is kept confidential and not used for any other purpose.
Information will be used to advance the member goals for political, professional and industrial campaigns. All other information is kept confidential within NZNO.
You are entitled to have access to, and request correction of any personal information about yourself held by NZNO.

Membership term
The annual levy to join the College and receive the Journal is for the financial year from 1 April to 31 March.
