All standing committees will meet three times per year for a one day, attend the AGM and have further teleconferences as required.

Clinical Practice
Focuses on provision of standards, clinical competencies and models of care, alongside accreditation and PDRP.
Education
Focuses on provision of resources, standards, conferences and liaison with education providers.
Policy and Communications
Oversight of submissions, position statements, and communication mechanisms such as newsletter/ journal and website.
Research
Focus on undertaking research and surveys, and liaising with external researchers to ensure an evidence base to PHC nursing practice.
