Thes Board of Directors is the managing committee of NZNO, which discusses national strategies and directions.
The Board consists of:
- NZNOs President
- Kaiwhakahaere and one other representative of Te Runanga
- Chair of the Nursing and Midwifery Advisory Committee
- Chair of the National Student Unit
- Regional representatives from NZNOs 11 regions
- Section and College representatives x 2
The Board is currently determined by the NZNO Rules 2011-2012 until the Constitution transition is complete in 2013 and the new Board elected.
