The National Student Unit (NSU) exists to serve the interests of all students belonging to NZNO. To accomplish this we need delegates willing to contribute their time to:

communicate with members
-
facilitate between students and nursing programme staff
-
represent nursing students at a national level.
Student representatives link into the wider NZNO by attending regional council meetings. Te Runanga Tauira (TRT) representatives link into regional councils by having four representatives on Te Runanga National Komiti.

Wanted: Student Delegates
Student delegates work within the polytechnics and universities. In consultation with the local students' association, they provide representation to NZNO members.
We aim to have student unit delegates in Schools of Nursing at each of the above institutions.
