New Award from the Genesis Oncology Trust

May 2011

In addition to the existing research and educational awards we will now be offering a post-graduate Clinical Fellowship for Cancer Nurses.

This fellowship will provide financial support for up to two years, so the recipient can focus on research or further clinical training; either in New Zealand or overseas.

The Fellowship will be available to nurses working clinically in the field of cancer across the continuum, including education, detection, treatment, rehabilitation, palliation and research.

The Genesis Oncology Trust is an independent charity established with a settlement from Genesis Power Ltd and generously supported by donations for Genesis Energy customers via their monthly energy bill.

The Trust board would be pleased to receive applications to fund research, or other suitable projects, from you or your colleagues.
