Compulsory safe staffing levels and a skill mix so that every resident gets the care they need, when they need it

One of the biggest problems in aged care is not having the right staff with the right skills working at the right time. 

When the mix isn’t right it makes it much more difficult (sometimes even impossible) to care for the elderly safely and with dignity.

We need clear regulations so that all aged care facilities are always safely staffed.
