The NZNO Guideline: Here to stay: Guidance for the safe and effective integration of internationally qualified nurses into the Aotearoa New Zealand nursing workforce has been written as result of research undertaken by NZNO researchers that identified a range of issues facing Internationally Qualified Nurses (IQNs) in Aotearoa New Zealand. The guideline is targeted at employers and managers who employ IQNs to assist them in supporting their internationally qualified workforce to settle into their new roles more quickly and effectively.
