Returns Policy

All NZNO goods are sold on a firm sale basis. Any return of goods is subject to our returns policy.

We adhere to the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Refunds will be approved when:

• the receipt is presented
• the items are unused and in mint condition
• there is a genuine reason for return
• The return is within 7 days of purchase

Faulty Copy Policy

If a publication is faulty, we will happily exchange it.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Supply of goods is on a firm sale basis.
2. Any return of goods is subject to NZNO’s Returns Policy.
3. A shipping and handling fee may be charged on large orders.
4. Payment terms are credit card ($NZ) only. 
5. Dispatch of orders are subject to stock availability, you will be advised if a publication is unavailable.
6. Within New Zealand delivery time will include two working days processing and four days postage.
7. Delivery of overseas orders require a street address and contact phone number .
8. All prices include GST and prices may be subject to change without notice.
9. You are subject to the customs regulations of your country.

NZNO accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa.

All online credit card transactions are secured with SSL encryption and no credit card details are transmitted via e-mail to the NZNO office.

In terms of the Privacy Act 1993, NZNO will only use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of fulfilling your order or other special services requested by you.
