Aotearoa College of Diabetes Nurses Professional Development Grants

The Aotearoa College of Diabetes Nurses (ACDN) has established professional development grants to assist nurses to attend or participate in events related to diabetes nursing that will further their knowledge base in their current field of work, i.e. workshops, conferences, study days, seminars, postgraduate study. The grants can also be used to cover the cost of the Aotearoa College of Diabetes Nurses accreditation application.

Professional Development Grant applications are considered twice yearly, and must be submitted on the ACDN Professional Development Grant Application form before the closing date of each round, i.e. 1600hrs on either 28 February or 31 July.

Up to $6,000 per annum (two rounds of up to $3,000) may be allocated for scholarships/grants at the discretion of the ACDN National Executive Committee. The maximum scholarship/grant will be $750.00 per person or $100.00 towards an accreditation application.

Professional Development Grant applications must be submitted on the NZNO Aotearoa College of Diabetes Nurses Professional Development Grant Application Form.
