We are keen to share with you the analysis of your responses to our 2023 survey. The results paint a real picture of the multi-faceted issues facing NZ mental health nursing. Your responses provide key insights on the challenges you face, ranging from staffing shortages to safety concerns and systemic inadequacies. These place emphasis on the urgent need for intelligent management and resourcing to ensure the wellbeing of both mental health nursing staff and tangata whai ora they serve
