Call for Expressions of Interest – Kaiāwhina National Committee – Te Rūnanga Representative
Te Rūnanga o Aotearoa is currently accepting expressions of interest to join the Kaiāwhina National Committee.
Kaiāwhina are frequently employed within Māori services, working directly among their communities and fulfilling vital responsibilities. These range from frontline care and support to cultural guidance, advice, and sharing local expertise. While nurses are trained in specific clinical skills and knowledge, Kaiāwhina provide essential cultural expertise, and the complementary nature of these roles enhances patient care.
Criteria: Nominators and Seconders must be active, financial Kaiāwhina.
