Draft Disability Strategy

The Draft NZ Disability Strategy  (2016-2016) is a high-level document outlining outcomes for people with disabilities covering eight areas – education; employment; health and well-being; justice; accessibility; attitudes; choice and control and leadership. Further consultation towards an Action Plan (2019-2022) will begin in 2018. Nursing workforce perspectives that may contribute to development of this plan are welcomed, as well as any other comments.  There are also a series of workshops that you may like to attend.
