The staff of the New Zealand Nurses Organisation operate under three service areas:
Corporate Services: Undertakes the financial and administrative functions for the organisation.
Industrial Services: Assists with collective agreement negotiations, workplace conditions and issues, campaigns for workers rights etc.
Professional Services: Provides:
- Professional ethical and regulatory advice and support to NZNO members, staff and other organisations (this includes holding regional and national portfolios)
- Support for the work of NZNO Colleges and Sections
- Professional education
- Professional analysis on proposals, policy and other reports.
