  • If you've been elected as an NZNO delegate and wish to step into the role you are ready to complete the form below. You will need to know:
    • The name and NZNO membership number of your Nominator and your Seconder
    • The date that you were elected as a delegate
    • The kind of election that was held when you were elected.

    After this form is submitted and processed by NZNO:

    • An NZNO staff member will notify your employer that you have been elected as an NZNO delegate.
    • NZNO will send you an information pack, and arrange for you to attend delegate education with other delegates.

    The information collected on this form is used by NZNO in its membership systems. It is not passed on in any way other than according to what you agreed to when you became a member. You are entitled to request, and have corrected any information about yourself held by NZNO.
