Note: This is a LIVE-ONLY webinar. Based on your feedback, we’re trialling a more interactive format with breakout rooms and group discussions. Because of this, the session won’t be recorded and will only be available live online.
In this interactive webinar we explore the complex nature of addiction and how it affects not only the individual but also their whanau, friends, and communities. We will explore the often overlooked experience of grief in relation to active addiction.
Participants will be guided through culturally grounded frameworks and practical tools to deepen understanding, foster connection (whanaungatanga), and to support healing and wellbeing. Through facilitated discussion, breakout activities, and reflective practice, this session provides a safe space to unpack difficult emotions, share lived experience, and learn about common coping strategies with a focus on self-care.
