This eight-week online series will overview the clinical and dermatoscopic characteristics of non-melanoma skin cancers with the aim of increasing your ability to recognise and detect non-melanoma skin cancers early. This course is relevant to anyone involved in the opportunistic detection of skin cancer.
The course includes 7 weekly emails containing a video and other educational material. It concludes with a 1-hour live online discussion forum.
At the completion of the series participants will:
- Have increased confidence in their diagnostic skills
- Have improved their ability to recognise non-melanoma skin cancers
- Be more familiar with the common elements of dermatoscopy
- Have improved their knowledge of clinical and dermatoscopic characteristics of non-melanoma skin cancers.
Professional development:
- The series has been endorsed by RNZCGP and has been approved for up to 4.5 CME credits for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes.
- All educational material must be completed to be eligible for CME credits.
- Registrants will have until 29 February 2024 to qualify.
