Free Trade Agreement between New Zealand and Korea

The New Zealand Nurses Organisation made a submission to the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Committeee on Free Trade Agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea. NZNO expressed its concern about Investor State Dispute Settlement provisions, which enable private investors  to challenge government  regualation, may deter government action  in the best interests of the health of New Zealanders.
